Well in my last post I was hope full about losing weight.
But now I just want to give up because I have no will power, self restraint
or just plain lack the ability to stay on a diet. I do not like to exercise either
Am I destine to be fat? If anyone has any helpful tips Please do tell.
I have put on 40lbs in the last ten years and would love to take it off and
keep it off.

weight loss
I want to lose weight but I hate dieting. MY nephew is on a low carb. low fat diet and he lifts weights and other exercises. I am going to try it. I am going to exercise with a kettle bell weights and walk /jog . the only thing that keeps me motivated is the fact that you take the weekends off from this diet you can eat what ever you want sat. and sun. so I start Monday wish me luck
